- A blender
- 2 cups of spinach or kale
- 3/4 cup of water or your preferred milk
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh fruit
- 1/2 banana
Keep in mind, my blender is small and only makes enough for me. If you want more, double the recipe. You can add peanut butter, coconut, ginger, agave nectar, honey, yogurt, anything you want!
